Is there any way to transfer songs to the phone memory via Disc2Phone software for some reason i can only transfer songs to the memory stick.
any help would be great

The Disc2Phone software is made to read music files from the memory stick only. Try first inserting the files on your memory stick, and then mark the files you want to be in the phone memory, then move them to the phone memory using the More\\Manage Files\\Move to phone option. It works OK, but you need to have free space with exactly capacity of the all songs you want to mova or greater. When you fill your phone memory you can start using the memory stick memory.

What is the use of disc to phone software when we direct access to Phone memory and memory stick through windows explorer ? We can directly copy audio or video files from windows explorer to phone or memory stick.

And to copy files on phone memory MyPhoneExplorer is the best software, it give good speed rather than normal windows explorer speed.
