My w810 kept restarting and refusing to turn on.
I sent it off to be repaired by the carphone warehouse.
It returned and so far no problem. However the themes are now different. They dont have the fancy effects on the main menu screen.
Also theres no software update option in the settings tab anymore!
Whats going on!

Edit: Also make sure that right on the keyoad (>) isnt assigned to a shortcut

And it doesn't matter if it's a shortcut assigned to the jogpads right "button", at least not on my SE W810i.
