Hey guys

I upgraded to the latest W800 firmware and I wish I didnt do that!
When I plug in my earbuds and turn on the walkman I hear a very annoying and loud background noise. This thing didnt exist before I updated the firmware
is there a way to fix it?

Yes... it's called the 'hissing bug'.

Check this link on how to fix it; you'll have to do some background reading though.
