Yup try what bobafett just said and see if that helps.
Also you could have done the de-branding yourself for about 8 euros at either da vinci website or wotanserver i think.
But you cannot unlock them through those websites, i did mine a few months...sent off to get unlocked but did the de-branding myself and it worked brilliantly.
Perhaps next time keep that in mind...by the way how much you pay for the de-branding??...im sure you must have been charged a fair bit..

okay, on my w810 i dont have t9 under writing languages, I have an option "Dictionary (T9)" underneath that which is what I use to enable t9.
let me know how you get on, maybe try a master reset to try and sort things out.

i wouldnt suggest to make it via davinci, wotan server whoever, those no name offers arent for any trust ( at lesat at ame ), cos u pay for sg, where after the flash u get no support. nowhere to turn, they dont even display a tel nr, forget it. rather go to se, pay a bit more, cos sg goes wrong, u have areceipt and thats already a kind of warranty. its up to u, but trust me, cheap solution couls turn out later expensive...
