Hello! Sorry if my english is bad cuz my mother tongue is french. I have a question: I have learned that k800's video are bad, but I don't know if it's just videos taken by k800 or if even a video was good it will be badly displayed by k800? This message was posted from a Nokia

The actual video record itself is of bad quality...qcif recording...it's just poor..and thats it...however, it can playback converted file formats in some excellent quality...film's etc...it's not something that bother's me, because i knew all about the phone before i go it...the video's a fun thing..thats it.

As said it's only the video recording feature that is as bad as the K750 etc. The video viewing is on the other hand very good. You can play it in full resolution and quite high bitrate. On the fantastic K800i screen it looks beutiful.

Video Recording sucks! hope some crazy person can write up a new firmware which optimizes the phone and increases the Video quality, as it's purely firmware and software based since i've seen it done on the V3, E398, V635 and many other motorola's.
Video playback is excellent =D although i'm not too happy about the fast forwarding and rewind, it takes a while to get use to.
