Hi i need help!
I recently opened a new account on ebay and used my previous paypal account to pay for a w810i and today my ebay account got closed down. The guy i bought the phone off said he will send the phone off on thursday because hes on holiday, he has good feedback tho.
The problem is, do you think he will send me the phone when he sees that im no longer a registered user or will he try and get away with my money?
What protection on paypal do i have now that my ebay account is closed down, will i be able to get the money back if he doesnt send me the phone?

ya should still have protection as paypal has that when you sent the payment, if he doesnt send it just email him asking why he wont, (tell him you didnt pay fees or sumin) then if its still not sent complain via paypal

Yeah ive emailed him but waiting for a reply, i hope he still sends it, just hoping paypal protect me somehow.
Or worst comes to worst ill make a 200mile journey to his house

He refunded me the money the next day so i bought another one, worked out alright
