> P800 battery life problem

Hi all. I just bought a P800 phone from a friend of mine & changed the battery to a new one. The problem here is i charged the battery according to the manufacturer's specifications and use the battery. Guess what, i can actually see the battery life bar going down at a pretty fast pace with very minimal usage. What is the problem actually??

SE PDA fones normally consumes battery fast ... the batt on the p8 and p9 are the same, the stand by time of the battery on my p900 only lasts 2-3 days under normal usage .... if your original battery only lasts only some hours to A day, then I guess theres a battery problem ....

I had the same thing happen to me with my P900 at one time. Try turning it off, take batt out and wait 2min. reboot. Do it two times and see if that helps. It helped me.

My P800 runs out of battery very fast if there is less than 2MB of internal storage left. Remove som programs if that is the case.
