AOL are going to dig up a garden belonging to the parents of an already prosecuted spammer in order to try to recover some of the $12+ million dollers that he owes them!
Apparantly, they're convinced that the email-o-phile has a substantial quantity of gold and platinum bullion safely tucked away under his oldie's front lawn.
In fairness, AOL did manage to confiscate a sizeable quantity of gold and cash from another spammer last year. They also nicked his Hummer...
