A modder has designed an developed a phone chip for the PSP, dubbed the "PSPhone." It's not able to make outgoing calls, but is able to receive incoming calls.The modder is trying to figure out how to get it into mass production and hopes to sell it for $60.
I think first he needs to figure out how to make a better video for you tube.
