> Too short recording time

Hi, I have a problem. Time of recording video is limited at 8 sec. only and I can't change it. It is not depending of free size in my memory stick or phone memory. Can anyone help me? Is there some secret menu where can I change recording time to unlimited ?

Sounds like you've got your video record mode to MMS, this limits the size of the vid so it can be sent in a message.
Change the setting to high quality and it should record for as long as your memory lasts.
You haven't stated which phone you have but this is true of the K750, W810 an K800 as I have them.
