Hi to all!, I have to decide to buy a W810i or K800, I know that there been lot of post about it, but I like real answer of people that have the K800 and people that haver W810i, the key point interest for the phone decision are:
- The camera is not important to me, I use my digital canon to take the pictures.
- wont use 3G.
- wont use GPRS or internet. (EDGE is not important)
- wont use video recording, I have a video recorder for this task.
- Gaming is not important to me.
- Battery life is the most important point.
- K800 have problems with dust in the joystick like K750 ?
- Quality of the handsfree speaker.
- Brightness of the display, the possibility to look at it under the sun.
- Loundness of the ringtones.
- Sometimes I will listen to mp3, is not important the player, could be Walkman series or not, it doesn't mind.
- Possibility to save the sms in the memory of the phone.
- Use of GPSWATCH with a gps bluetooth.
- Some applications.
- Flash lite themes.
The last decision will be the appeareance!... I like both.

Well, the K800 is mainly for camera while the W810 is mainly for mp3, so you said that you already have a canon to do the photo taking, therefore i wouldn't suggest the K800 as you already have something else to do it's 'specialty area', so i'd suggest the W810

I think only the W810 can support flash lite themes.
But your crucial question was battery life, which is definately better on the W810. But seeing as you're not going to use the 3G features anyway, why not use a 2G SIM in the K800 and the battery should be on par, or if not better than the W810.
