i have a problem to delete this file no matter what i do it doesnt let me delete it, even if close every program. any help would be great.

i had the same problem when downloading office 2007 beta, called opplus en, it had the same icon, i left it for a while, then it ended up being able to delete. I ended up dragging the icon (w800i icon) to the recycle bin icon. Try it!

dont worry about it, it was really annoying, as firefox downloads to desktop, so i had a big ugly white icon on my desktop
