Hi,
I have a 512mb MMC card which i got along with w800.
2 problems i am facing whenever i transfer files from USB to Removable Disk (MMC Card).
Problem1:
I have converted a movie to mp4 which plays fine in my pc. But when i transfer that file to MMC card it doesnt plays the file.
Problem2:
I have copied around 10 files their total size is around 10-13 MB. Now when i paste these files to MMC card. It only copies 2 - 3 files only and it terminates throwing a message that error while copying 4th file.
Now to copy all the files. I have disconnect my mobile from pc and reconnect to copy the remaining files.
Could anyone please provide some solution to the above problems.
I have mailed to SE website but not yet received any feedback to the problems.

Well I found that transfering files on my old firmware on my w800i, but since i've updated it to R1BC002 i have not had that problem. So it's possibly your problem as well.

Thanks guys for a quick reply.
Yeah i was guessing that it has to be firmware bug. After posting this issue i was upgrading w800 software. Finally i updated,
Is there a way to check that you have the latest firmware. If there is please can anyone let me know how do i check it.
And any of you know any good converter i have many dvds which i want to put it on my Mobile. Could anyone let me know any good converter. And the configuration. As i spend hours and hours to figure out the best settings to play dvd movies. Sometimes it plays fine for 5 mins and after audio gets corrupt or video hangs.
Many Thanks

It should've been >*<<*<* then select service info and then software info. I use i'mtoo dvd 2 psp converter which gives u mp4 anyway. The 3gp converter can also do mp4.
