i cant figure out what song this is, i can remember bit of the video,in the video, there is a man who breakdances on a mat with a boombox, the setting is on a main road somewhere in america, then in the video there is subtitles saying "He dances to forget" i have heard it on cribs before.My other luck would be if i heard it again or see the video. I think the genre is a mix between techno and hip hop. at the end of the video, the man of african- american origin packs up his dancemat and starts to walk down the road. In the chrorus the vocalist sings "without you" but i cant find it anywhere.
sorry for this bad description but it is all i can remember.

In the song the dancer dances for his girlfriend to come back
i can remember the start of the video the dancer crosses over the road puts his dance mat down changes into different clothes put his boombox down and starts dancing.

I dont think it is Fatboy Slim, because in the video it is situated on a main road
with only one african american man dancing by himself on some dance mat and on that video it shows two people talking about him but subtitles show up instead and the music keeps playing.
