I updated my w800's firmware, but know far manager does not detect it!
the phone turns on when i conect it even if i have c pressed

A very basic suggestion.
Dont know if you have tried it. But I faced the same.
Even while keeping the c pressed, the phone just turns on.
--> That may be because you are first connecting the cable to the computer and then connecting it to the phone by pressing 'c'.
--> If you havent done it before, try connecting to the phone first, hold c and connect the cable to the computer. It worked for me!
And if you have tried it already, sorry I am out of ideas
