Yes, another topic from me today, all about computers!

yay
Anyway, this is how it is...
I have installed and played a demo,
Blazing Angels to be precise,
Now, I got bored of this demo,
I want to unistall this demo,
This demo refuses to unistall.
Thats the story, now, I go to unistall this demo through Add/remove programs like I always do, but when it is getting ready to unistall, the computer says something about a Symentec error and it is sorry for the problems it has caused.
Help!

Navigate to the demo's folder. This is usually in c:\program files\xxxx\xxxxx.
The folder might be within another folder, for example c:\program files\EA Games\xxxxx.
MAKE SURE THAT IT IS THE RIGHT FOLDER! You can often check this by right clicking on the demo's shortcut and selecting 'properties'. This will tell you the path of the shortcut, i.e. the path to the folder that you need to find.
Once you're happy, select the entire folder and delete it! Yup, it's that easy

Then restart the computer.
Then, you need to do a bit of cleaning up. Download and install EasyCleaner from here:
http://personal.inet.fi/business/toniarts/ecleane.htm
Run it, and press the 'clean registry' button. This will find and remove any registry entries that the demo installed.
After that, you can manually remove any shortcuts from the desktop and / or start menu by simply right-clicking and selecting 'delete'.
Sometimes, programs will also create other folders in your c:\documents and settings\*your username*\local settings\ application data folder. You can have a look for and delete those as well, but they usually only contain small settings files and such like so I wouldn't worry about them too much.
The only problem with a manual uninstall is that if the program loaded automatically at start-up, you might get an error message when you reboot the computer. If this happens, you need hijack this! from here to remove the offending registry entry:

I know this all sounds rather crude and unsophisticated but in actual fact, an uninstaller does exactly the same thing. It just does it automatically, that's all

When I click on the 'clean registry' button it searches and gathers loads of stuff right, should I then just click on 'delete all' or only things relating with the demo, if so, nothing came up to do with the demo...
