Is it normal that my K800i doesn't have Update Service? I bought it online from France, I've checked the User Guide, and there is "Update Service" under Setting -> General. But mine doesn't have...? Could someone explain why?

some branded K800 don't have the update service in the menu, you'll have to use the online update

Weird!, mine is unbranded and i got it on the menu under general update service, but thier hasnt been an update on it yet.

I don't see the logic why branded phones don't have this FOTA...Why? Mine is generic CHINA APAC and it has this feature. Unfortunately, it keeps saying that my F/W is already the latest.
