Eventhough INDIA is known as a SECULAR country but still the minor communities are discriminateed here. This is ONLY a HINDU country. Other people face many difficulties in INDIA because they are from other RELIGION. I'm posting such a black spot on INDIA's SECULAR policy. (14 :40 ) Thu, 24 Aug 06 Dhillon : JAIPUR[RAJSTHAN, India] 22 AUG 2006 : A group of six miscreants allegedly chopped off the hair of a Sikh boy thereby sparking angry protests from the community which led to tension in some parts of the city, police said here today. The 17-year old boy was reportedly attacked when he resisted a group of youngsters who tried to tease a female classmate. The Sikh student's father, who is an employee of doordarshan, and mother said that it would have been better had their son died instead of this.
