Hi,

can anyone help. After adding some files to my K800i recently (themes and jpegs), when i disconnected it from the PC I could no longer open my application or games folder. On reconecting it to the PC I found these folders empty.

Can anyone advise where I can get the pre installed games and applications... e.g. WTA tennis, Golf game, Facewarp etc. I have trawled the SE website and found nothing...

Hi,

I have tried a master reset, but it doesnt help. Every time i try to install a game or application it says operation failed. Any ideas???

I would like to fix it without having to return it

Thanks, unfortunately it doesnt have the original apps. Also, I cant install anything because any time i try it says "operation failed".

I even tried a Master Reste, that was no good too

hi,,

No joy yet. have posted a request for help on the firmware forum, in case it is a bug. If all fails I will just send it back under warranty, but hopefully a new firmware should be around the corner, that may help.

'Exactly' the same thing happened with me. In order to solve it, I re-flashed the software using Wotan.

I had the operation failed problem

I attributed it to a hardware problem and was given a new phone under warranty by the dealer
