Hi all,
Having a weird problem with my w800i camera.
I go into camera mode and try and take a pic, the autofocus works fine and them I try and take a picture by prerssing the button down fully, but nothing happens about 80% of the time.
I can usually make it take a pic if I press the button really quickly a few times before it's autofocused, but then the pic is usually blurry (as it's not focused properly)....
i've just reflashed it with SEUS and it's still the same.
Any ideas ?

Got the same problem, though it happens very rare but it still is annoying. Changed 2 firmwares but didn't work. I think this is something hardware related.

But i found a solution! you just press the the button a few hundred times
and then it works fine just do it when not in camera mode.

Thanks man, I just did that and it worked... such a strange solution. My w800i's button has been dodgy for ages. The normal half/full has been broken for 4 months and I have been pressing full until 1 sec into focus and letting go... but that stopped working this month
I could only take pictures with the damn timer!
