Okay, basically this is my problem: I've a P910i and am using the docking station provided to connect it to my PC and do backups and restores. However this doesn't work since as it is seldom is my phone recognised, and secondly, whenever it is and I try to do a backup, part of the procedure is to restart the phone... well once it's done that, it can't reconnect with the system.
I've only ever managed to get this working once, and that was last year, now I want to update the firmware but want to back everything up beforehand, and I've been trying for weeks now and it still won't work.
Does anyone have any ideas? Must I change some settings within the phone maybe?
