Hi!
I recently upgraded from k750i to k800i, since I've started using this phone with my computer my GF's w800i won't connect via USB anymore. I've tried reinstall the w800i USB drivers with no difference.
Anyone know about this?
I also have to connect my k800i twice before it's recogniced by windows (XP media center btw).
Thanks in advance for any help.

I also have a motorola phone which I connect to my pc either with USB or Bluetooth, and both connection methods ceased to work after I installed the Communication suite for my K800. The software, I think it's the 'phone monitor' seems to claim exclusive access to both the Bluetooth device and the USB ports, so that the software that came with the moto cannot connect, ("device busy"). Also, on an XP system, more than one user can be logged in, and the phone monitor and other programs seems to start up once for each user that has logged in. Unfortunately, the information about a found phone is only presented to the user who logged on first, not to the 'current' user.
summary: they did not consider more than one phone and they did not consider more than one user using the PC.
