Hi.. i am looking for a 100-130$ phone with no camera and MMC expansion slot... it must support jpeg/gif/mp3/midi/3gp(mp4)/Java midp 2.0...... java 2 is not nessesary if the phone is Windows or symbian powered....

To be perfectly honest, there's no phones in that price range which fit your requirements. The no camera bit is the biggest part, and making it MMC only is also pretty hard.
Here are some, but the prices won't necessarily be as cheap as you want. The Motorola MPx200, Nokia E60, and HP iPAQ hw6510.
