Is there any way I can store EQ preset(s)?
Or is there any update the W810 EQ?

What do u mean? I manually set mine's eq and it stays that way. I have the latest firmware though but i don't think that makes the difference

yeah, I, naturally, can set my eq manually, but then when I switch from my user defined to e.g. Mega Bass and then wanna go back to my preset, it is no longer there, thus I have to set it over... IŽd welcome if there were some save preset option.
