These were supposed to be officially unveiled at the Tokyo Game Show next month but here we have a sneak peak at the leaked images of the PSP Camera and GPS attachment...also in the picture you may have noticed the first official pics of the pink PSP which i mentioned earlier in the week.

there was rumored to be a new one coming out with integrated flash memory, a built in cam and slightly slimmer but not heard anything official.

Sony has officially announced the Camera and GPS receiver add on for the PSP. The camera is basic one and can take pictures at 640 x 480 or 480 x 272 pixels it has a 1.3 megapixel sensor. Video recording is done in 480 x 272 pixels at 30 fps with a limit of 15 seconds per clip in Motion JPEG. The camera supports audio recording via the mono microphone, it has macro mode of 7 cms and digital zoom. The camera measures 45 x 27 x x 16mm and weighs just 15 grams. The GPS receiver on the other hand has a Determination renewal time of 1 second with a 5 meter precision. The unit comes with a stylish carrying case it measures 45×41×17mm and weighs 16 grams. Software and games compatible with the GPS and Camera will be showcased at the Tokyo game show to be held on 22nd Septemer.The Camera (Just a little shot) and GPS receiver will hit stores in Japan on December 7th for 5000 Yen ($ 42) and 6000 Yen ($ 51) respectively.

unless the cam can work as a web cam then im not getting it. whats the point in just "taking" pics when we all have camera phones with better cameras?
