Just gone through the procedure of updating my W810 and the screen where it says "software updating, please do not touch the phone" seems to be stuck and the green bars have gone all the way across. It's been like this for about half and hour now and I don't want to unplug it or anything.
Surely it shouldn't take this long?

Well I just disconnected the phone and it seems to have updated the firmware and not suffered any ill affects.
