If i de brand my phone using da vinci woton or whatever will i still be able to use SEUS?

You can use SEUS its just that your phone will revert to your original operators firmware.

In Short Yes. Use Wotan and change your CDA to a generic UK one and you will be able to use SEUS. Providing you change your CDA SEUS will think your phone is a generic UK and will update fine.
I can confirm this works as that is exactly what i did with my old W800i. I debranded using Davinici and then updated to all the new firmwares as and when they were released on SEUS.
