> Problem with games and putting them onto W810i
Bookmark topic
Hi, a couple of months ago I bought a few games from my network but lost them when my phone broke and I had to get a replacement. Luckily I copied and pasted the game folders which were on the memory stick and then pasted them onto my pc. I've tried pasting them onto the new phone but it doesn't work, what can I do?

There's many different files for each game, some are .jar and some I can't remember or have heard of before. Will try and put into applications folder or others folder to see if that works but I would prefer to have them under the games folder.

If you put a
.jar file in Others folder, your default left softkey option(when you highlight the file) should be 'Install'.....
.....hitting this installs the game into App'ns/Games folder, original .jar stays in Others.....

Everytime I press install I get the 'Operation Failed' message after it loads for a very short time. There's loads of files, each game has a .jar, .jad and then a few other files. In a subfolder there's other files which I don't know what they are for, all I know is they are something to do with the games. Those files and all the others that aren't .jar or.jad have the little blue diamond instead of the Java logo showing that they can only be sent by BT, IR and MMS.

Still no luck, I have another rip off game bought from Orange, The Sims2, it's nothing like what EA Games says it is but I'll try puttin that onto my PC and then onto my phone again.
