To write files MAIN and FS, and to update directly with Far Manage using almost the original cable DCU60 or cable of service.

Supported models of phone:
-K500 - K700 - S700 - CID29 - Cable of service.
-K500 - k700 - CID36 - Cable of service.
-K750 - W800 - CID36 - Cable DCU60 and Cable of service.
-W550 - CID36 - Cable DCU60 and Cable of service.

You can use files in format RAW or BABE ssw ( bin, mbn or fbn ) Doesn't import the extension, the program will recognize the file's headline BABE. All firmware's files for downloading in TopSony are in format BABE ( bin, mbn or fbn )

Address of Start and Lenght of firmware's file MAIN and FS:

W800 - K750 - W550
- MAIN Firmware - 44020000 - 013E0000
- FS Language - 45400000 - 00B00000

k700 - K700 - S700
- MAIN Firmware - 44020000 - 01000000
- FS Language - 45000000 - 00800000

Warning
Maybe during the write process of the archives, you, receive a warning that GDFS's area will be rewritten, in this case click the YES, and when he finish from writing archives MAIN and FS, also it will be necessary to write GDFS's file to recover the phone.

Before initiating process, first make a GDFS's backup, if he needs to rewrite to the GDFS, only use the original copy to recover the phone. If you use other GDFS his phone will not work.[/b]

Write MAIN and FS Files

1 - Start FarManager, execute the command ( Alt + key F1 / Alt + key F2 ) - a new window Will Appear, press SEFP.

3 - Press "FLASH."


4 - Loader uploading apears:


5 - Select the file MAIN in format BABE ssw. In order to select click with the right press button of the mouse on the file. Press Copy or the direct key F5.


6 - Press "Copy".


7 - Select "Flash BABE ssw image". Indicate the address of Start and Lenght MAIN Firmware:
- W800 - MAIN Firmware - 44020000 - 013E0000
- K750 - MAIN Firmware - 44020000 - 013E0000
- w550 - MAIN Firmware - 44020000 - 013E0000
- k700 - MAIN Firmware - 44020000 - 00100000
Press "Flash".


8 - The window of progress will appear, await the writing of the MAIN Firmware.


9 - Wait the message, and press "Close".


10- Select the file FS in format BABE ssw. In order to select click with the right press button of the mouse on the file. Press Copy or the direct key F5.


11- Press "Copy".


12 - Select "Flash BABE ssw image". Indicate the address of Start and Lenght FS Firmware:
- W800 - FS Language - 45400000 - 00B00000
- K750 - FS Language - 45400000 - 00B00000
- w550 - FS Language - 45400000 - 00B00000
- k700 - FS Language - 45000000 - 01000000
Press "Flash".


13 - The window of progress will appear, await the writing of the FS File.


14 - Wait the message, and "Press Close". Retire the battery some seconds, turn on the phone and enjoy.


15 - Now he is necessary to finalize the telephone. Reinitiate the Far Manage and copy the certificates for the phone's folder /tpa/preset/custom/. The certificates you will find in TopSony - "Custom Files". Select the "File Custon" given for his model of phone and CDA.

Well done Top sony!
I think all these modding and stuff is sending a message to SE to improve on their service. Its good we've got places like Esato, SE-NSE, TopSony etc. where we share ideas in trying to make our phones better.
SE wake up!
