Just got my new K750i. it is unfortunate that it does not charge. When I insert the charger the msg comes out saying it is 'fully charged', if I remove the charger the battery is totally down (No charge). what is the possible solution to solve this?

Give a try for another charger or battery first, to see whats wrong. It could be fw/hw bug aswell

Stupid question but does the phone state No Charge when unplugged or are u looking at the % charged monitor?? built into the phone. Take batt out and check contacts clean. Then try leaving phone on until it starts shutting down as batt getting flat then charge switched off overnight.

try another batt cuz i looks like a battery issue. maybe the battery that your phone came with has a problem. like boba said, try someone else battery.

I tried another battery and charger but the problem still persist. how ever if my battery is inserted to another K750i the battery read that it is full. though the battery shows that it is empty in my phone but the phone does not turn off. Any new idea please. And the issue now it that I have just given it as a gift from Australia so no way I can return it back to where it has been bought.
