Ok I don't know what I did but on the alarm display screen, they give you three choices. However, I seem to get 2-3 more alarms going off that aren't even on the list. Is there a way I can check them off? I might have messed around with the alarm thing but it's driving me nuts. I can't seem to find these "extra" alarm settings anywhere.

Thanks in advance.

@ghostgum2,

Welcome to the forum, are you using the latest firmware?

You have the old firmware, the latest firmware has solved most of the problems with the alarm. The most recent version is:

Phone R4A002
Bluetooth R3A01
Organiser R3B01

You will have to update your phone by going to the Sonyericsson site and downloading the Sony Software Update Service (SEUS) from their support pages like Jack 77777 said. Remember to fully charge your phone, the download is around 40mb. Good luck!

Ok, just did all that and in the process the site asks me to press long the "C"button. Where the hell is that button?!!! Isn't the "back" button, isn't it?!

@ghostgum2

if you update the firmware and restore settings data you'll continue to haev problems with alarms, you need to re-flash and not restore settings to get rid-off the multiple alarms.
