Hi
What can i do in order to make the colours on my phone appear the same on my screen? Evertime I take a pic, it looks fine on my k750, but its alot darker on my pc monitor. It's so dark, that much of the detail is lost and it needs to be retouched in photoshop.
So, how can I prevent this from always happening?

I've already tried that...I don't think I can push brightness more than 100%

I've managed to sort it out by using Adobe Gamma. It changed the midtones.

Try adjusting the picture on the phone to make it look good ony our PC monitor. But, it also depends on that which monitor are you using on your PC? Did the problem occured now, or you view those pictures on that monitor for the first time. If the problem occured now try this (only if you have Microsoft Office 2003 installed). Open the Picture with the Microsoft Office Picture Manager (version 12 \\ 2003) and select the Auto Correct option from the Picture menu. It will make the picture look better and more reliable.

@strizlow800: Ideally, I want to make the pic look fine on the phone, and fine when transferred to my pc, instead of making it look too bright and on the phone (setting e.v. would be a guessing game), but in return turning out normal on the pc. The same darkness is present when I take pic's with my digital cam, so I presume it's a monitor problem. I used to always photoshop it etc when my pic's turned out dark (always did), but I don't even want to carry on automating that process; I want it to be good settings on my pc & phone and good enough not to make any ps adjustments each time. I used the adobe thing, and made the gamma abit higher (or something). That did the trick (eventhough I'm still getitng used to this new brightness : P)
