I don't know about the audio bit rate, I think you can apply higher audio bitrate like 96, 128. I've put some music videos in my phone with 128 audio bitrate, and the video parameters were:
size: 176 x 144
bitrate 40
frame rate 15
and it works great, so one music video takes approx. 6 MBs of space.
