I've used my iRiver H120 Mp3-player.
I used RockBox firmware and there you could choose to enable scrobbler. It means that the player register the songs you play. When you connect it to the computer you can update your Last.fm profile with the songs you played.
Is this possible in the SE-phones ?
It would be really cool
