> Where do I find the w900i?
Bookmark topic
Please do bear with this question if it's an arduously girl like thing to ask, but where on this green planet can I get hold of the w900i? I've asked in every cell phone shop I've been near and phoned all around Cape Town but no one seems to have it. Or know anything about it. Or know why they don't or what the problem there is.
One saleswoman muttered something about discontinued stock. I'm just baffled; I hope I'm not wasting your time. That's probably where my confusion originated in the first place though: making sure I didn't waste a salesperson's time asking more than a couple of questions.
I can't stand cell phone people............

Hi there. I'm up here in JHB and I have also just been handed the dreadful news of the W900i is discontinued in SA. Which I don't get, everyone here seem to be able to get them. I'll try and find more info as i'm going on the hunt for it on monday.

Shit. I'm going to cry. There is no other phone I want. I can't believe they'd do something like that; not everyone is after a little fiddly phone with a tiny screen and finicky bits.
And it's not like it's not a good phone!!! I can suggest quite a few phones that they could do us a favour by discontinuing.

I like the way you think. I'll keep you posted if I do find or hear anything. At the end of the we'll have to start searching the classifieds for second hands, which I think will also be scarce.

One more stupid question: if I can't get hold of a w900i, do you have any suggestions? I'm not keen on anything that isn't a SE; I find their quality in a league of its own (not to mention battery life). T3 is very keen on the w810i but that little screen kills me.

Look it's not a bad phone. (W810i) but what I don't like is the fact that it records in 3gp and not MP4. Otherwise it's quite a nice little phone. It sure does outdo most nokias. This makes me wonder if we'll even see the W950i here.

K800 and W810 are the best alternatives available at present.
Or wait for W850 and W710 - both coming soon
