i gave my phone to the SE agent in Bahrain to upgrade the firmware a couple of days back. today i got a call from them saying that "your phone cannot be updated, and we dont know why, whenever we update it, halfway through it turns on by itself" i took the phone on a contract from o2 in UK. could it be that they have some lock on it? i asked the SE staff, and they said that its not lock.
anyone know what could be wrong with it?
