The only difference is : K800 has UMTS, K790 doesn't, but has EDGE instead.

For eg, I have EDGE and 3G(in the near future) in my location. I should have the choice to use both whenever I want. Nokia has both these features in the majority of their sets.

umts offers u more features then edge, but i get your point. actually where i come around 3g is almost always offered, so i dont miss edge, except when i was in the hills lately, over 2000m.

The same phone, only 3G and its front VGA camera (k800) and EDGE (k790) being the difference. They both carry different firmware versions too.

well thats pointless y bring two phones out that look the same but have two differences. i agree with the point of putting the feature missing from the phons together to just make one phone. then again it just another way to probe money from people.
