theres isnt a difference - its for when you use a none
charger then alien charging will come up instead of
optimized.

It's for security reasons. If you use a non SE charger or battery. It will report "unknown battery" or "charging only. And the only difference is that it will charge slower. "Optimized charging" shows when the charger/battery is charging with maximized charge current. Some non-original battery may actually "explode" if the charge current is too high. They don't recommend original batteries just to make more money you know. Believe it or not, this is a fact. (Btw, the "charging only" notification occurs when you have the phone turned off too.)

i have 2 batts with my t68i the original white one for the i and the old type for the m, they charge the same and say same optimized charging thing, there is really no difference, neither there is any problem, i just bought the black one, cause i like the rubbery feel of it. the downset, you can see fingerprints on it like crazy, gets too dirty, but i still use the black one...
