I've encountered this same issue when using Windows Media to transfer files. It will only copy a few tracks and then claims it's full but when I use Disc 2 Phone it works fine.
I have yet to be enlightened as to why.

well i tried he same card in my frnds k750 but it still cant transfer the files
and one more thing i forgot to mention that beyond 120mb even the phone is not able to store ne file on the memory card ie not even the photos are saved on the memory stick
so it must be the stick problem rgt??

yeah i got it replaced again
it was fake i reckon
now i got a new 512 card which has more than 250mb capacity (couldnt try more than that for the reasons metioned below) and it also having many problems
first of all it is not detected by my phone most of the time
and then when i am trying to transfer the data the phone disconnects itself from my comp (may be due to not detecting the memory card)
now tomorrow i am going to the seler for the last time lets see what happens

All of what you've mentioned smell of fake memory cards. Get your money back and buy elsewhere.

My card came with the phone directly from SE. I'm inclined to believe it is a fault with Windows Media Player and file transfer.
