> unable to self update firmware of p990i

hello,
i am trying to self updat emy p990i
i downloaded the file and then i installed it but when i clicked the installed application,
it shows : no java virtual machine found,
but i check and i already installed and have the latest java installed,
can anyone advise how i can self update the firmware of my p990i
previously i was able to self update the firmware of w810i on this computer but 2 weeks ago
my mother board died, and i replaced a new one and re installed my windows xp and maybe some applications are missing
can anyone advise me how ?
