hello,

i am trying to self updat emy p990i

i downloaded the file and then i installed it but when i clicked the installed application,

it shows : no java virtual machine found,

but i check and i already installed and have the latest java installed,

can anyone advise how i can self update the firmware of my p990i

previously i was able to self update the firmware of w810i on this computer but 2 weeks ago

my mother board died, and i replaced a new one and re installed my windows xp and maybe some applications are missing

can anyone advise me how ?

Make sure you've installed SP2 and the latest Macromedia Flash (and don't forget to reboot!)

tried what was recommended, but still cannot,

does it got anything to do with anti virus blocking it ?

i am using pandan anti virus

what other things to do i need ?
