I once seen one go on eBay for £160 but the sale was ended at around 5am so if you wanna get off ebay then look for sales ending around then.

CEX (www.cex.co.uk) sells their budget version for £150.00
Check out the website, put in w900i and it will tell you shops that have them instock, they also do store transfers so you can get it sent to your nearest store.

There's only one version of the phone, they might not include some extra accessories like desktop usb cradle/charger and memory cards in the package...but no, there's no budget/lite version.
W900i is one nice phone.

Have not checked recent price movements in South Africa but the last time it was going for R3500 on Vodacom sans starterpack which made it R3700.
