I've tried searching but whatever I search on never seems to come up with the exact answer - so here is my five pronged question.
(a) How do I check my software version?
(b) What is the latest software version available in the UK?
(c) Where is a good place, preferably near Manchester, that can upgrade my software version?
(d) Can it be done there and then or is it sending my phone away time?
(e) Is it free?
Thanks in advance for any replies - I promise to try and keep the n00b questions to a minimum!
