Q: what if sony ericsson decided to create a flip symbian phone? how would it be? rotating flip, with touch screen ability or based on a whole new system?

u miss the point. SYMBYIAN OS A MUST! not standard platform. personally, if they do make one, it wold be a hit! imagine, a rotating touchscreen like a 6260, with qwerty keypad like m600 all packed into one, cool body!

No real news of such a phone ... but
this may be of interest just in general with SE and flips, who knows, it may get into production and have UIQ popped in
