can someone please tell me that is there a difference between reflashing the phone from control panel and format internal disk from hidden service menu which we get after performing-- jog dial up * jog dial down jog dial down * jog dial down *.

Reflashing means u can update ur SW, allowing improvement to ur phone while master reset delets all the settings u have done, bringing ur phone to factory default. If u want it to run better, reflash it thru SEUS.Hope this helps.
