could anyone advice me how to fix my w810i problems.
1. It does not allow me to transfer files from pc....
2. The file manager from pc suite is not working......it always says not connected my everythingIS connected.
3. I tried to download myphoneExplorer....it works fine apart from loading picture into my phone ie from pc.
I dont understand this....am really angry with it....is pretty new phone just had for about a month.....help help...i will soon thro it against the wall!!!

am using XP.......excuse my lack of knowledge of the firmware....what actually do u mean by firmware....if u mean the softwear.....am using pc suite.

I've read of other people having similar issues along those you've explained. Try a search through the threads and see if you can find some helpful advice.
Myself I haven't used PC Suite. I use Disc 2 Phone for music and this may sound outdated and slow but I transfer everything else using the infared port.
Also you can easily find the common asked info about your phone like software version and firmware by going to the Main Menu>Settings>General>Update Service>Software Version
Your current software version will be displayed. Something looking like CXC1250316, and then underneath will be your firmware (most commonly asked info regarding your phone) and that should look something like R4CK003.
Hope this helps ya out a little bit and gets you started. Good luck.
