Dear All
i have a p910i , and 2 days ago i made a master reset to it , when i make a restore to my backup files it doesn’t accept and make another reset to the phone ,and nothing happened , is this a virus ??? or should i reinstall the software form the company ???
plz help

Sure you can forget about any virus. Why you get this problem seems strange and I have no answer. As you mention, install all from scratch if necessary.
