> W800I camera problem, any ideas?
Bookmark topic
Hi , I've had my w800i for about ten months but I have a problem with the camera. when ever I try to use it is looks like the setting is on solarize permanenlty. I've tried going in to the settings and changing it to normal but no change. When I press the shutter button it crashed back to the main menu.
I've reinstalled the firmware, done a factory reset any ideas how to get my camera back. There are occasions when it still works fine but these are few and far between.
Cheers
Scott

looks like its a hardware problem. try sending it to a specialised phone repair shop.

unfortunately I cant remember but the stick is fine as i formatted it when i reloaded the firmware and did a factory reset just seems strange as the pics i already have display fine and the problem has varying degress of how bad it looks some times its a slight solarization other times its real bad.

i agree with kulorex, you should take it too a specialist repair outlet. if there isn't one local to you then take it to your local CPW, they will send it away.

Hardware problem.Go back to the shop and repair it.
Had the same problem with Hypersaturate effect coming on and off
and camera crashing and ended up with a new phone after much much
effort and going back and forth to the service center...
They said they ve never seen this problem again...
