Hi

I have a brand new k750. There's a problem though. When I try to zoom in on large size mode, it doesn't let me. A message comes up saying I can't zoom in on that mode >_
This is no mini problem - is there any way of getting access to the zoom in large mode?

Thank you
Y. M.

PS. Camera version is 5.3

The newer K750Is have been nobbled by Sony Ericsson thanks to a camera modual upgrade.

The only way to solve this issue is a K750I handset that HASNT got this so called upgrade.

Should be a bit of paper in the box telling you about the zoom & what SE have done to it.

No idea why SE did it.

But it did happen around the same time the K800I was launched.

Hi

So if I 'force' seus to carry on installing the firmware would I be left with the same problem? Also, is this a hardware or firmware problem?
(ps, I have the slip of paper you're talking about - but it's in french. I ordered from cpw and im in uk.)

Hi

Its a HARDWARE issue, SEUS wont fix it.

If you want the zoom issue fixed your gonna have to swop the phone with an earlier K750I that hasnt got this so called upgradded camera fitted.
