I have trouble with the PC suite of my P990i. When starting the PC Suite, it bring up an error message, and the program terminates. The message in german is "Konfiguration kann nicht geladen werden" which means "Can`t load Configuration"

Anyone who expirienced the same? Please help.

1. Make sure you've applied all the service packs and updates for your PC OS
2. Download the latest PC Suite from the SE site
3. Re-boot and try again

For all with this problem - I got a solution for this - PC Suite works now:

-Download "MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2" from microsoft.com
-Uninstall PC Suite
-Reboot
-Install "MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2"
-Reboot
-Re-install PC suite
-Should work now!
